LOL.... Surely you must be joking Colin. You have destroyed my Website and all my 600+ files. You have trashed and burned over 2 years of my hard work and 2 years of my life and now you tell me it was all a mistake? You apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me??? It's not an inconvenience at all Colin, it's a TOTAL DISASTER and you want to apologize for a minor inconvenience? I have been writing your staff almost daily since your little mistake occurred trying to tell them the we here on Webtv do not have the capability to back up our files on hard drive and we all trusted your server with our files. Every reply I got from your staff was curt and rude and completely uncooperative and uncaring about my and others loses. I repeatedly requested that my files be made available to me for a limited time for the purpose of copying them before they were purged from your server. Each request was met with a blatantly rude and unconcerned reply from Brian, Melissa, or Jose. You have trashed my website all of my hard work over the past two years without notice or consideration for what you are doing, and now you invite me to trust you with more of my files and hard work??? You've got to be kidding me!!! ....LMFAO.

Recover and restore the files you have stolen from me and we'll talk about it.
